Message	When Ash posted the information about deleting the PCV system several people figured that the oil was going to get really contaminated and that oil analysis was the only thing that would show this. Since I have had the system deleted for a long time and didn't want to hurt my current engine or the TT one I am building I sent a sample to Blackstone Labs for analysis. The two main things of concern were fuel and moisture contamination. As you can see there was a slight amount of fuel but not up to the cautionary amount and there was no moisture. I did also run this oil change out to 5400 miles which is more than most of you probably would and everything still looks good. Also at over 200K miles this engine probably has more blowby than normal which could account for what little fuel there was is the oil. I'm definitely not putting any of the PCV crap back on.
