I did do some things to help minimize water getting in it. I used liquid rubber bead sealer and filled in around the holes where the harness goes into it, and the seam between the center section and the back piece. For the top I just put a couple layers of sealer around the edge of it, so when the top gets pressed on it pushes against the rubber to create a seal. Its not perfect but itll help. Not too worried about fast access. Ive never really needed to change out any relays or fuses in the box, and if I ever do pulling the tire is not that big of a deal.
