He will get your order out right as you hang up the phone if you call early morning and shipping is quick. I have had your issue before with the "rude" side but that was a while ago. Now I have dealt with josh hes the only one Ill deal with there because he knows me and my car and I really dont order as big as some people.
Just give him a try if he cant give you the customer service you want then you better make your own parts because out of every vendor I prefer him.
