| Let me preface my rant with the story behind how I got the AMS parts... I won them in a raffle at ZCON 09, and figured I spent about 40 bucks on the raffle tickets and I got two sets of brake pads and a set of outer tie rods from AMS... not a bad deal? WRONG! So after going throwing out both sets of brake pads due to the shims falling off the backing of the pads and scoring my hub assemblies, I recently was replacing the wheel studs on the front of my car and realized there was some play in the drivers side front wheel... turns out the play is coming entirely from the crap AMS outer tie rod ends I won... The ends have maybe 15k miles on them and most of that is freeway driving and I rarely autocross/track the car... (maybe 5-10 times since the install). I am so disappointed with the whole situation that I now realize why there are so many negative opinions towards AMS products... SPL outer tie rods here I come... :P P.S.
