Message	Either you have self-locking nuts (eg nyloc), which need to be twisted on with a wrench, or the screw threads may be partially stripped from someone forcing the wrong size onto them. Look for visible damage and chase with a die if they are damaged. From what you describe, you probably purchased self-lockers.
