Message	:I would see what the seller has to say about it. If they are willing to refund then go that way, if not then file the claim. I would much rather buy a turbo from the classifieds then from ebay. He replied to the message in outrage claiming its in perfect condition better than a rebuilt one. I just spent 30 minutes compiling information and forming information and just filed the claim. I also sent the video to gpop shop to get a "professional" opinion to help aid my case. Gpop is always really good about helping me out with turbo related issues.
