I need some opinions please. I was pretty set on the Nitto's until I saw the Proxes R888 just now, and they are in the profile I want which is 45 (555r's only come in 50 profile, and I prefer lower profile.) My current tires are almost gone, so I need good tires for track intentions, and that can handle the street. Additionally, I want a tire that can drive safely in case of wet conditions since I live in Florida.. I only drive my Z on the weekends with some occasional trips to Ft. Lauderdale which rains frequently there. Has anyone had experience with either two? Tried to ask the retailer, but he didn't know about the Toyo's. Which has better grip, tread wear, and more importantly, wet traction? Thanks for your time.
