| Hi all, this will be my first post on tt.net, I was turned on to the site by a fellow member (zski) who i met at the local Coastal Z Club meet. Very cool guy and we talked about how our projects are coming along. My current z is a 1990 TT, 2+0, T-tops with 102k miles on chassis and engine My first z was a 91 n/a slicktop, I bought it very cheap with a blown head gasket and pulled the heads and luckily just replaced the gasket and there was no warping. I drove it for a year doing minor mods while slowly collecting bits for a TT swap. About a year and a half ago a deal came along for my current tt so i sold the slicky and scooped it up. I am currently in mid project with the engine out doing some maintenance and tying up a few odds and ends.
