Message	Sorry if this is stated somewhere, but I couldn't find it. What are the rules and protocols for leaving positive or negative feedback for a seller on these classifieds? I bought a couple of items from a member, sent a money order by certified mail so I know the payment was received, and haven't received items or gotten replies to my requests for info for over three weeks. I hate to think a member here would rip off another member.
