| I think it is safe to say that it is efficiency overkill, how many TX Z's are tracked with properly maintained cooling systems and have no issues with cooling? I know I never had an issue in OK with 90+ and even 100+ track surface temps I would be curious to see if other more modern performance (leaning more towards track-"ready") sporstcars have such panels in place. Corvette would be a bad example because it is a bottom breather to begin with. IMO it would have been simpler to replace the coolant with something with better cooling properties and retaining anti-corrosion, but if the guy enjoys fabbing stuff, I can understand.
