Message	I took my Craftsman torque wrench back to Sears to be recalibrated but the store didn't know what to do with it... even after reading the instructions saying the torque wrench should taken back to a local Sears from time to time to be recaled. The store clerk decided it was easier to try and beat up the one I was bringing back outside on the pavement so that she could justifiably give me a new one. That fixed my problem. I guess I've been satisfied with the Craftsmen torque wrenches I've owned. Funny customer service though. That's how it's done here in CT?!
