finished if I hadn't killed my dremel in the process. I left the old TB gaskets in place, test fit the 58mm TB's and used a sharpie to mark the new opening. Took the new TB's off, and ground down the plenum with a carbide bit until the sharpie line disappeared. I was convinced I could do this with the plenum still on the car with enough rags stuff into the opening to prevent shavings from entering the runners. After only a little grinding and even with the shop vac at hand, the shavings were will getting past the rags. So, I pulled the plenum and continued to grind away and contour the new openings into the plenum to make the transition as smooth as possibly. As previously mentioned, the oil coating does make clean-up difficult. Compressed air, vacuum, 200mph leaf blower... all were unsuccessful and chemicals will be required.
WARNING: I lack industry backing
