| Thanks to Brett for a cool and unique product. Thanks to Jon Dave (member Jdave) for a great price and transaction on the core recircs. I don't have much time to work on the car these days, so I need to do stuff here and there. On my to do list I had: o Build GHK
o Pull bumper
o Install silicone IC and recirc hoses
o Fit water injection pump and filter
o Edit horn install (delete relay)
o Boost leak test
o Reinstall bumper And I had planned on doing that last Saturday. But since I'm a pack rat and my entire garage is filled with woodworking shit, I had no place to work when it was raining. So I'm praying for good weather this Sunday so I can get all that crap done. Oh, and my garage isn't where I live anymore, but about a mile away. You can install the GHK kit in about an hour. But if I had run home when the bumper was pulled and the Z was undriveable, I'd literally be running home, leaving my Z in a less than desireable area. So I bought a set of used recircs and installed the GHK (Goose Honk Killer BTW) on them so I can just swap out once I get my bumper off this Sunday. Super easy install, though I'm always nervous about cutting anything. Took an hour from start to finish. Instructions say to use a grinder at an angle, but I just used a Dremel cut-off wheel (parallel to the vac nipple axis) on the second one, once I realized there was no risk of cutting the diaphragm. No driving impressions yet, as they're still on the bench. Like I said, Sunday I'll hopefully get everything on. I just know the honk was fucking ridiculous with the Selin installed, so I had to do something.
