| Your Alpine deck will not be providing 60W RMS to your fronts, I would put that at 20 or so. The 60W rating is a peak power meant to sell the unit. IOW they will be underpowered. Secondly, which MB Quarts do you have? There is a world of difference between the Discus and the Q. Get some decent shielded wire if you're going to be running it yourself...might as well do it right. 80W is a little low for bass, I would push it a little more into the 3 digit territory. As far as setting it up, its honestly however YOU like it. One persons setup may sound god awful to you...you have to experiment. Generally speaking, in the Z you would want the bulk in the front and the rear as fill.
The front Bose enclosures, even for 4 inchers, might be suffocating them. There are MDF baffles available on eBay that are plug n play. You didn't mention tweeters...do you have components?
