the LC1. You can connect to it using your DLP or the LC1 hardware. This can tell you if you are receiving data from the LC1 correctly. But since you said everything works fine in logworks I assume you must have things connected and working correctly. If you are reading 32 all the time (which is normal if the sensor is in free air) then either the data is not varying and there is a communication issue, the lookup table (which just converts what the DLP/LC1 sees as true values in the nistune software) is not setup correctly (but it looks like it is) or there is a wiring issue with the sensor. I've integrated the LC1 for use with the DLP in my software and don't really want to put out the test program as something seperate but I think I might since people are having issues and it may be a useful tool. I assume you are connecting the LC1 to your computer the same way for nistune that you did for logworks. Check the ports in device manager against what you have in nistune when you try to get it to work with nistune. They may be changing when you plug in the interfaces.
