Message wouldn't the concentration on a broad power band be the best?
I don't know about the dampener on the JWT springs, but IIRC JWT designs their cams/springs while looking as far as the 5th level of harmonics. The mechanical cam/lifter setup requires additional machining for clearances beyond the "typical" 500 cam.
In addition to the other sources listed for the dry sump i believe Kuah @ SPL Parts has mad a setup or 2. Additionally another member on here had once posted their custom dry sump system, but I can't find it in my book marks. Take a look at the SZ 6QT oil pan.
