Message	gotta be a reason why you friends HIDs are cheaper. and its gotta be more to it than just the internals. I can't imagine Phillips selling the ballasts and allowing someone else to put on a different casing and selling them for $200.00 cheaper. somethings wrong there. either the bulbs are not as bright, or the ballast is not made up to snuff as the Philips unit or whatever. this is not to say your friends unit is not any good. but there is reason why is so cheap. ie: why is a fiberglass nose cheaper than a urathane nose???
