1) torquing ARP head studs onto built motor = Snap-On torque wrench
2) accessing various hidden 13mm bolts = cheap 13 mm wrenches from Harbour Freight (or it's Canadian counterpart: Princess Auto) which can be bent, cut and welded into whatever shape needed
3) storing spare engine = HF stand
4) disassembling engine on stand = good wrenches & socket set from Sears or equivalent
