Message	older engines and cold engines with forged pistons will have increased blow-by. Hell, even a new engine will have some blow-by. Unless you routinely get the engine oil hot enough to boil off any moisture in the crankcase, your oil will become contaminated. This may not be an issue in warm climates, but could cause problems in street driven cars in colder climates.
