Message	Thanks for all of the input guys. The estimate was based on "book hours" from some crap software called "Web-Est" and a lot of it seemed kind of ridiculous. There are some extenuating circumstances where this guy is actually going to do the work for free (owes back-rent to a buddy) but in the end I will end up having to pay (1/2) and my friend will be out the rent so... Thanks again!
