Message	the black plastic wiper motor pivot connector included in the left connecting arm plus they both come pre-lubed from the dealer. I just replaced my left one since it was squeaking fiercely and when wiggly it around, the black plastic connector sapped in two. As Bernie said they should pop right apart using a small pry bar (one of those 6 inch ones made by Dogyu or similar).
