Message	Their prices may be the lowest, but so is their service quality. They are rated "F" by the Better Business Bureau. I ordered a set of Continental Extreme Contact DW from them on March 7th, and a month later, they still haven't shipped. Phone calls and e-mail messages go unanswered, etc. When I did get through, they couldn't give me a FIRM ship date. Instead, they said "we can ship them to you from another facility, but it'll cost another $40." If you want/need your tires soon and without hassle, I'd consider a vendor other than OnlineTires.com.
