Message	It essentially "modifies the turbine housing A/R".. by constricting the exhaust gases to one scroll to get the turbo moving very quickly.. Then the spool valve flapper door opens the other scroll to allow more exhaust energy to get them fully flowing. It will help spool up times. You may benefit from it since the turbo is fairly large. Even though its tripple ball bearing.. you still need the exhaust energy to push it..
