Message	there are approximately 250 million registered cars (just looked it up) in the USA...and there is probably a good number of un-registered cars...i don't think they have the time, money, logistics, etc to go installing these meters in EVERY car in this country in the .00000001% chance it does happen, it won't be for a VERY VERY long time
