this is really just big-number-advertising since hardly no one will ever push a bolt to its breaking point on purpose. More important, IMO, is YTS or yield tensile strength, where the material will deform permanently. This gives a better representation of how far the material can be preloaded prior to permanent deformation. In the instance of SS ARP bolts, I view these as purely cosmetic with excellent UTS and YTS properties (bonus). And for people that are into little details like purty bolts that don't rust, these things will easily satisfy.
