Message	Absolutely zero research or development has taken place. If they knew what they were doing, they'd know that the bottom element will cancel out anything the top element has potential for. The top element by itself will yield far greater downforce and drag reduction then the two combined. The road surface plays a major element in a diffusers design, and they've clearly blocked that.
