Message	As far as we know, the speed limit was 55 and they were doing 15-25 over. It was a side impact meaning the guy had just pulled out and couldn't have looked. If they were doing 55 he wouldn't be any less dead right now. We don't know the details right? All we know is they were drag racing which is wrong by itself to the cops, and that Mike said they were doing 70-80. I'll assume you're on the right track and the racers were more at fault, but nobody knows for sure.
