Message	rocket science, just a lot of work. I'm not sure what a write up would tell you. Take out the old parts, put in the new ones? Also, if the shop ordered a non-adjustable kit, mentioned by others in this thread, and then you lower the car later on, you have to start over again. Incidently, the time to lower is while you have it apart. Eibachs are cheap.
