Message	I'm assuming that the road this happend on was a city street... ie 35-45 mph limit... so... this guy pulls out... seeing the distance between him and the racing cars... assuming they are going the limit... knowing from past experience that cars at that distence and at that speed... equals ample time to merge... and WHAM.
