Message	Iv seen z's do fine for years with only 2 bolts because the mechanic forgot to put the bottom one back in . Your OK like it is but if want it right i agree with Bernie , change the bracket or your gonna get metal shavings everywhere including your timing belt area if you do it in the bay !
