I actually did this last summer, I'll try to put together a list of sepcific items with pics soon. I purchased some copper tubing initially to cut and bend as a template for each line. Then I purchased couple of runs of SS tubing and compression fittings for the ends. The hardes part was finding the banjo fittings for the turbos and welding threaded nipples to the OEM water lines on the back of the motor. It's pretty tedious to get all the bends right but if I can do it, anybody can.
