Message	1) what is the process for bringing down the top? I unlocked the two front hooks, and I unlocked the rear storage for it. I've tried lifting the storage lid and pushing the softtop into it, but there's a lot of resistance. 2) how do I unlock the wind deflector/rectangular piece of plastic? 3) what are the two hooks behind the seats?
