Message	I know I should have some empirical statement to make on it, but I never drove it before the SPL braces, so I can't say what impact they've had. Its been 5 years since I drove anything but the vert with any regularity, and while I spect I might notice some difference im usually too busy looking around, enjoying the breeze or the sound of my exhaust. Im sure there are whole tenths of seconds to be made up on the track by having a fixed roof, but thats not what im doing. For what its worth, when sfarrah rode in it (Greg Dallas piloting) he was rather impressed with how it performed & handled. After that, I gave up caring.
