Message	It's a 2 piece unit, the neck just press fits into it and it has a over flow hole in it right @ the base of the neck. It is supposed to "leak" there if there is too much coolant (or air pushing out) in the system. He needs to check the bottle it self for cracks or damage that would cause it to loose fluid there.
