Message	:i remember reading an article of how he got it here, it was quite the story :so you just need to be a billionaire, then anything is possible - even "illegal" cars 959's are not illegal anymore in the US. They haven't been in quite a while; I believe since Bill Clinton's presidency. A legislation was passed (1999 or 2000)that cars that are 20 years or older, historical cars, low volume can be imported.
