I think that's a bit high, even with padding (ie, rear main seal r/r, fluid swap, etc) the estimate it still shouldn't be more than 10hrs. Between the overage on hours and the crazy labor rate I would consider shopping around. I don't know what mechanical pays in your state but in texas it is usually a rate of $54/hr. That's what I pay at an insurance rate when I write estimates all day long. Just saying.
