Message	I've replaced belts for people w. as little as 30k miles on them just because it was "old". If you want the peace of mind then sure lets do it. But the reality is that I have never seen a NISSAN fsm that has an age value next to timing belt lifespan. Even when other items on the same list DO. I don't think it's just an omission. Over and over different models, and different model years, same story. When dealing w. a low mileage car I am far more concerned w. the condition of the cam seals and water pump seals then being worried about the belt snaping though.
