Message Miles depends how you break the Kevlar in, since kevlar wears soo slowly it needs a longer time to level off and build a good friction surface up. I have found after 300 or so miles its pretty good. Just have to be careful with it when its new so you don't slip it under load, if you feel it slipping get out of the gas immediatly.

If you slip the material whens it's new you take the chance of glazing it, Once it's broken in you can beat the hell out of it and not have to worry about it for a long long time.

Kevlar will last 3-5 times longer than organic linings, drive just as well if not better and hold close to the same torque as Ceramic pucks without the poor drivability and short life span ceramic is know for (10-15k miles)

A good break in procedure is to drive it easy in town for 200-300 miles, no more than half power under load, Start to give it more and more power until about 500 miles being very careful to watch for any slippage as you give it more power, If it does slip, get out of the gas and drive it more and let it break in a bit longer. Kevlar builds much more TQ ability as it breaks in.

The more you use the clutch, In town, On/Off the clutch ect, the quicker it will break in.

I think yours is going to be a killer setup! Can't wait to put the new disk in my car. I have had the sprung hub full kevlar for a while now and love the material, This lightweight version should be amazing.
