we're talking milliseconds of difference between where they're located stock VS. moving them closer to the turbos - I highly doubt a performance improvement could be measured or quantified from doing this. If it were me, I would focus on increasing the flow capacity of the valves before I'd worry about relocating them, but wait... not one BOV manufacturer advertises their flow rates or even dares compare this to the stock valves they're designed to replace - oh well, at least they have sound bytes.
