Coz obviously had listed on his website "all that is included" in the package when you were looking to buy it per your documentation. You purchased the product, recvd the shipment minus that part that was supposedly "included." You brought it to his attention and then "all of the sudden," that particular part is no longer included on the website? Thats just plain Bullshit. He made the mistake and dropped it off his site so he wouldnt have to "man up." Typical for this vender in light of his past bullshit excuses and lame misrepresentations. Is it really a mistake if it was done intentionally? NOPE This line is funny "After all, he did send real SZ downpipes." Isnt that what you ordered? He should be sending what people order and not totally misleading, misrepresenting and/or purposely doing the "bait and switch." How many times does this have to happen before people realize he will do whatever he can to hoodwink people and fatten his pockets? Sorry for your issue. Get your money back and move on.
