Message I know about a LOT of Z's that regularly run 100 octane and 20 PSI boost. (My cars included) Many with 100% stock engines and some of these cars have been doing so for many years and I know several that are over 100K miles doing so.
So, YES the IPP engine will easily handle this power level.
These engines are very strong and the only killers are detonation, overheating, oil starvation.
The Q-16 fuel has a HUGE margin of safety as it has a 116 octane rating.

I find the dynojet number real world from my experience racing and doing the math.

A find the trap speed to be the most accurate as ET has so much to do with traction and the driver.
If you get to the end of the 1320 going XXXMPH it takes XXXHP.

Here is the calculation..

The Trap-speed method

This method uses the weight of the car and the speed at which the car completed the quarter-mile run.

The formula is: hp = weight * (speed / 234)3
