Message	and bear with me.... did you inform mr. gonzalez that he needed to purchase and install vtc buttons? i'm not saying you're in the wrong, one, it's not any of my business, and two i'm really uninformed....but it's just it seems like a lack of empathy, especially if mr. gonzalez really did spend all that dough. kind of a turnoff for potential customers.
