The fact that you are frustrated with the situation is understandable. However there are other people/shops and a lot of other variables involved. Despite what you may have been told by third parties, your anger is misdirected towards Z1 considering the reality of this situation, on multiple levels (which I won't digress into here). The quotation marks surrounding a statement that no one at Z1 came anywhere close to saying to you are not appreciated. However we do sincerely appreciate all of your business and we are here to help and will stand behind our products when they have legitimate problems or defects.
