Message	deposits on the injectors since you say they are not very old. The problem is current corrosive blends of fuel, coupled w. a unmodified 12v constant injector circuit. Ohm test all your injectors. Any that are out of range (over 14ohms) will need to be replaced. Do the 12v switched injector mod. Replace any out of spec injectors. Migrate to new style injectors when you can - sooner the better.
