| I have had and still have 2 issues with 2 sets that i bought. One is installed on the Z, another on a Benz. There are times when you turn the lights on while the car is running and one of the lights will not turn on. This is rare to happen on the Z but so common on the Benz that I became accustomed to turning the lights on prior to starting the car. Friend has same kit with same issues on the Z. Once in a blue moon, a bulb will not light up. Their warranty process is simple, they plug it in their control unit. If it does not light up, they replace it. Unfortunately for me, all units that i have lite up without issues at their shop. Also, their customer service is pure comedy. Ive been in there with at least 10 other people all of us looking at the sales people behind their cubicles waiting to at least make eye contact to acknowledge that we were there. They need to hire at least 1 dedicated front desk sales person. With all the issues, I would still recommend them. Have the 55w kit with both 5k and 6k bulbs. The 6k looked great outside the car, but from the driver's point of view, it was very blue. The 5k doesn't look like HIDs from outside. Its pure white and much brighter on the road than the 6k.
