Message	California laws are utilitarian in their meaning and use. I have a friend who cries over the fact that he can't have a fire in his house or backyard on spare the air days. He damn near shits a brick. I'm glad this law is there because I sure don't want to be breathing smoke in lungs when there's already a dangerous amount of harmful particulates in the air.
