Option A looks feasible, but I'm having problems finding such a product online. If you find it, I'd be interested to see how much it costs.

Option B on your quoted sight says to coat to the steel with aluminium. Possible but not really feasible on a car.

Every welding book I've read says explicitly to weld similar metals to similar metals for strength and corrosion resistance.
So....
steel to steel
steel to stainless steel, but you loose the corrosion resistance
stainless to stainless
aluminum to aluminum
iron to iron
inconel to inconel

see the pattern here? Just because it's on the internet doesn't mean that it's real or that it's a good idea.

If he really wants an aluminum floor, it should be bead rolled for strength and either be riveted or bolted to the existing frame.
