Message	taken 10% of oil's business already. The worldwide research and development of ethanol as a fuel is becoming impossible for big oil to stop. That is why the oil companies are buying ethanol plants. The oil companies have little control over what China does. China will continue to develop ethanol because they know they will have a hard time getting all the fuel they will need in the future, no matter how much oil is pumped.
