So I'm trying to help my buddy get his Z done, motor is in the car with GT28RS's on MS Manifolds but the intake piping from the compressor outlet to the intercooler does not seem to want to fit. On the passenger side it seemed that a 2" coupler could simply be cut to fit and position it with the factory hardpiping (that runs behind the headlight to the intercooler)... until we noticed that when the pipes were test fit they went a full inch closer to the firewall than the compressor outlet sits On the drivers side it cannot sit on a straight coupler as it would go straight into the body. So we were thinking we needed a 90 degree elbow, but while already having problems wanted to see if anyone had any tricks or pointers Anyone have similar problems in the past? Any ideas, suggestions? We used F-150 motor mounts, if that would make any difference...
