reman. He's always been completely willing to have me bring in my car and take a look at no extra charge. He replaced my schroeder valves after the 3rd or 4th leak out by putting soapy water on them and determining that was (one of) the cause(s). It worked great for 3 months before it got cool enough to not need the AC. One day it just suddenly got warm in November, so I turned on the AC only to find that it didn't work. However, earlier I was replacing the radiator one day in October-ish and sure enough, I saw the thing caked in neon dye. I turned on the AC and it worked, it still had enough refrigerant to blow cold air, but I just suspected it wasn't going to last very long. Here I am now, wanting to get it fixed so I can find out NOW whether or not it's going to last till my warranty expires. As far as him not dealing with Courtesy, he started spouting all sorts of reasons why he wouldn't do it, none of which made any sense, especially if he's an honest person (so far he's proven to be friendly, however, I can't quite tell if he's truly honest). These things include: A) not having billing set up B) not trusting whether it's a new or reman C) not knowing if he'll get blamed for installing it improperly and therefore having to pay for the replacement out of his own pocket
